How It Works

  1. You take in the job
    Your customer brings in their jewelry for repair, sizing, custom work, or stone work. You write up the job like normal and tag it with your store info.
  2. You send the work to us
    You ship or drop off jobs to Outpost Gold & Gem on a regular schedule. We receive and log each piece under your account.
  3. We review jobs together on Zoom
    We schedule a Zoom call to go over the types of work you’re bringing in and look at specific jobs when needed. This lets us confirm details, options, and pricing with you before anything is done.
  4. We complete the work
    Our team completes the jobs to your standards. Each piece is labeled clearly with your ticket number and any notes you need for your customer.
  5. You deliver to your customer
    You contact your customer, collect payment, and present the finished work as if it were done in‑house. You control your final retail pricing and markup.
